Q. How is pricing structured for commercial engagements?
We don't offer generic, off-the-shelf packages. Instead, we treat every project as a unique creative challenge.
Our pricing is built around three core pillars: Production Scope (time, crew, and logistics), Post-Production (editing and high-end color grading), and Licensing (usage rights). Every quote we provide is itemized and tailored to your specific business goals.
Q. What are usage rights, and who owns the final assets?
As is standard in high-end commercial photography, Macro View retains the original copyright to the imagery. What you purchase is a specific usage license.
We structure these licenses completely transparently based on Media (where the assets live), Duration (how long they run), and Territory (where they are seen). This means you only ever pay for the commercial access you actually need. If your team requires a total copyright buyout, we can easily negotiate that as well.
Q. What is your standard turnaround time?
Great work takes time, but we also understand the pace of modern business. Our standard delivery sits between 10 to 15 business days following the shoot, depending on how complex the retouching is.
Need something urgently? We offer expedited processing for a rush fee, and we can even deliver a curated batch of priority images within 48 hours for your immediate press and social media needs.
Q. Do we receive the RAW files?
You will receive fully finished, beautifully color-graded assets that are formatted exactly for your deployment channels (both high-resolution for print, and optimized for digital).
Because our reputation is closely tied to the final aesthetic of our work, we do not release RAW or unedited files. We only want to deliver polished, ready-to-use media that meets our high standards.
Q. What does your process look like?
We don't just show up and guess; every shoot is highly calculated. We start with an intensive pre-production phase where we get to know your brand guidelines, your audience, and your market positioning.
From there, we develop a detailed creative brief and a structured shot list. When we step on set, we execute smoothly and efficiently to capture visual assets that are actually designed to drive real results.
Q. How do we prepare our team for a corporate shoot?
We know that executive time is incredibly valuable, so we operate with extreme efficiency. Before the shoot, we'll send over clear, simple prep guides covering wardrobe and scheduling so everyone knows exactly what to expect.
On the day of production, we guide your team with concise, relaxed directions to eliminate any camera anxiety. We capture authentic, confident portraits quickly so your leadership can get right back to work.
